The Rijksmuseum's restaurant, a superb starred address by a prodigious chef, introduces us to Dutch gastronomy.
Opened in 2014 in the Philippe wing of the Rijksmuseum under the impetus of Joris Bijdendijk and in the midst of renovation at the time of writing this guide, Rijks offers cuisine deeply rooted in Dutch roots. The modern décor contrasts with the building's rich history. In the kitchen, we find this paradox again, as the Chefs marvelously combine the use of local products, particularly seafood, with exotic flavors. This creativity has been rewarded with a Michelin star and numerous other distinctions.

Magnifique endroit tout à côté du RIjksmuseum. Le cadre et le service sont parfaits, quant à la cuisine, elle est tout à la fois originale, authentique et d'excellente qualité.
