This spa is called Tshipise. In the Venda language, Tshipise means "hot spring". And with good reason: some 227,306 liters of water gush out every day at a temperature of 65°C. The spa welcomes many holidaymakers and curists to enjoy the benefits of its natural hot springs. The area is home to some remarkable trees: jacarandas, flamboyants, frangipani and baobabs. On the Nonsiang farm, a giant baobab no less than 30 m high is said to be 4,500 years old. But for a little rejuvenation, nothing beats a good sulphur bath - it's great for the skin!
