Fitzroy Island is bigger and wilder than Green Island. The white sandy beaches are covered with bits of coral from the beautiful reefs of the Great Barrier Reef, and the heavenly spots can't be listed exhaustively. It's the ideal place for snorkeling and diving: the underwater spectacle is breathtaking. There are also superb walks through the rainforest to the lighthouse at the top of the island or to the famous Nudey Beach, voted Australia's most beautiful beach in 2018. There's also a turtle rehabilitation center you can visit.
