Directly to the north of Magazia, lies the seaside resort of Molos with its large sandy beaches and facilities for vacationers. This is the most touristy area of Skyros, although you won't be overwhelmed by the crowds either. From the beach, the view of Chora is really impressive: the white city seems to be rolling down the hill. North of Molos, don't miss the old quarries of Pouria, with their amazing rock formations. Embedded in one of them, admire the amazing troglodyte chapel of Agios Nikolaos. Further north, large beaches beaten by the wind form an almost wild landscape.
