Travel Guide Livadi

Welcome to Serifos! Its harbor is spread out along a large calm bay where sailboats find refuge when the wind blows too hard on this very exposed island. Sometimes the fast Seajet ferries cannot dock because of the strong gusts that shake the harbor entrance. But in calm weather, Livadi offers a pretty bay with a family atmosphere, lined with cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a quiet and good time. The shaded beaches are all sandy, making it a popular destination for families and young people. Life stretches out languidly on the port, barely punctuated by the passage of boats. There are all the shops of the island (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy) as well as the only gas station of Serifos. Livadi is also the place where almost all the hotels are concentrated: it is likely that you will stay there. Moreover, the port is an excellent base to discover the rest of the island. In Livadi you will find all the necessary tourist services, including car and scooter rentals, buses to the Chora and travel agencies. The further away from the port itself, along the bay, the quieter you will find yourself from the evening hustle and bustle.
