La Buta Stupa Outcool", formerly a cyber-café and then a café-snack bar, has been taken over and completely renovated by its Italian owner. It's now always a good place to meet up with friends for an aperitif. The atmosphere is now bistro-style, with Italian specialities particularly popular. Concerts, themed after-works and exhibitions are regularly organized. Occasional live music and entertainment. A fine evolution for this unusual place!

Plus de 10 ans que l'outcool est ouvert. Les PC du cyber café ont disparu pour devenir un des meilleurs bars de Tana. C'est décontracté et facile de lier conversation avec la clientèle dont pas mal d'habitué. La musique est sympa. Parfait pour sortir avant ou après manger au Sakamanga.
