Chef Henintsoa Moretti has set up her restaurant in the beautiful setting of Andohalo's historic garden. Overflowing with energy and the desire to share her passion, this woman travels the length and breadth of the country to rediscover and revisit old-fashioned recipes. It's traditional Malagasy cuisine that she and her team present to us. The plates are refined and all the dishes really tasty. Opening time and information on HAKA FY
Sunday to Wednesday 11am to 6pm, Thursday to Saturday 11am to 9pm. Main courses range from 25,000 to 60,000 Ar, gratins and pastas from 25,000 to 30,000 Ar, refined desserts from 14,000 to 18,000 Ar. A generous tasting menu invites you to discover all the chef's creativity for 150,000 Ar per person.

The Haka Fy restaurant invites you on a unique culinary voyage to discover the specialties of Madagascar's different regions. Located in the heart of the Jardin Historique d'Andohalo, just a five-minute walk from the Palais de la Reine and the Musée de la Photographie, it offers a warm and friendly welcome. You can dine in the elegant dining room or on the outdoor terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the city. Here, chef Henintsoa offers refined, creative cuisine made from fresh, local, organic produce. Haka Fy's menu is a veritable exploration of Malagasy flavors, blending traditional dishes with contemporary creations. Highlights include Manara-molotra, pilao, nofo trondro sy voanio maitso, tsitsika and akondro lahy, dishes emblematic of the island's different regions. Italian specialties such as lasagne alla bolognese and ravioli ai quattro formaggi are also on offer. To round off your culinary escapade, let yourself be tempted by creative desserts such as mamin'i Gasikara, a gourmet plate of honey mokary, koba and godrogodro, or, if you prefer, a Haka Fy cup or tiramisu. The restaurant also caters for group meals, private events and celebrations with family and friends. The in-house chef will create a customized meal for groups of six or more.
