At the gates of Isoraka in the Quartier district, rue facing the Central Hotel (stay vigilant in the evening around the box). An old address like the world but no longer attracts the same clientele today. The atmosphere is both ugly and very hot, and very enterprising girls (if not shameless). Electro-magnetic meeting (by finance of course) on the menu.

Réputation sulfureuse mais c'est en fait un assez bon lieu pour danser local. Bonne ambiance populaire. La quartier n'est par contre pas très bien famé.
