Under this romantic straw hut, with a view of the illuminated pool and the garden, "châtelains" and visiting gourmets enjoy a unique menu. Job tartar, tuna marinated in island fruits, grilled giraffe crab, lobster in garlic butter or captain in coconut milk... The two Seychellois chefs Keiran and Damien do wonders. In the cellar, some great wines, from saint-émilion to château-neuf-du-pape and from chablis premier cru to Ruinart. As for the atmosphere, it can be described as casual chic. An excellent address.

a meal by the pool in lodges castle at the other end of the world with wonderful views, a meal for 2 for ST Valentine with entrance main dish and dessert, bottle of water and wine for 200 € tips included!!!! Very good value for money, the only downside, children must be over 10 years. I recommend.

Excellent stylish restaurant and very good Relais et Châteaux hotel. Magnificent view and calm available.
However, on 5 nights, air-conditioning defective was the first 2 days (a checking between 2 arrivals would be served) and a rag cleaning forgotten on the TV. ... not dramatic but on this price level, you can demanding... especially in the most expensive suite Ocean.

We have a very pleasant stay. The view from the rooms is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and very, very clean (I say it because unfortunately that became increasingly rare), the service is impeccable (discreet but present), the restaurant is very good. One offered a car to us during our stay, which enabled us to visit all the corners of Praslin. The weekend we participated in the excursion on the island sister, it is unforgettable (it is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Seychelles than seen, Source d'Argent Dam). Basically a very pleasant souvenir and the desire to dating back soon.
