The specialty of this small bar located in a pedestrian alley is the fresh fruit cocktail, and more specifically, as its name deliciously suggests, the mojito. Run by a friendly French team for about twenty years now, the atmosphere is very friendly and the glasses, in addition to being the object of particular and careful attention, are well filled. Here, we don't skimp on the freshness of the ingredients, which are carefully selected each morning. When we speak of mojito here, it is indeed art.

The most emblematic club in Ibiza since its opening in 1973, when it advocated the free expression of the hippie movement and hedonists of all kinds. The Pasha consists of several rooms, not forgetting the terrace, which enjoys a pleasant view and slightly quieter decibels. One of the evenings not to be missed: the Flower Power. Rock, soul and disco music from the 1960's to 1980's, flowers to the ear, recreate the peace and love atmosphere that was the breeding ground for the birth of the club. Many events in season!

The Tango Bar is a well-known address for party people of all kinds. Cosmopolitan, it's a perfect starting point for an early evening, and meetings are common! Efficient and smiling waitresses, professional and meticulous bar-tender (the cocktails are carefully prepared), musical atmosphere provided by a DJ, fun and crazy events - such as the election of Miss and Mister of the evening -, all the elements to have a good time are gathered. In general, in high season, the terrace is crowded!

Located in the port of Marina Botafoch, the Keeper Ibiza is a small bar-club that serves as a meeting point before embarking on a tour of the clubs in due form around (including the Pasha, located a few minutes walk away, but also the very good Hearth). The establishment is often crowded with Spaniards who appreciate the copas in the open air, on its large terrace, to be accompanied by some simple but sometimes life-saving snacks. A temple of clubbing in Ibiza since the late 1970s, Amnesia has been named Best Global Club several times in the international Winter Music Conference competition. This old house from the late 18th century is now a macro disco renowned worldwide for the quality of its acoustics and its system of colored lasers, which create a breathtaking atmosphere for lovers of house and techno. Its most popular nights, called "Pyramid", are held every Sunday night, starting at 10 pm.

Located on the sea promenade, near the Marina Botafoch port, integrated into the Ibiza Gran Hotal building and sharing the premises with the Heart club-discotheque, the Ibiza Casino houses an engine room, a large games room (Black Jack, poker, etc.), a bar and an elegant restaurant (which is actually located in the service room of the Heart, with culinary proposals from the illustrious cooking brothers Ferrán and Albert Adriá). The Calma Calma, which the inhabitants of the island call Its Calma, is a glass block installed in the marina of Botafoc, just behind the Lio. We come here both for breakfast and lunch at noon, but it is at dusk that the terrace takes its full meaning and that the bistro fills itself: you can enjoy, glass by hand, the sliding reflections of the sun on the Dalt Villa walls, just opposite. As follows: a boat taxi connecting the Marina from the old Centre to Talamanca is a regular stopover.

The Lío is the trendy restaurant-cabaret in Ibiza. Glamorous, sexy, glittering, the musical show is amazing and very well done, worn by professional singers and dancers. The place itself is gigantic, open to the four winds and seems to float in the marina (with the castle of Dalt Vila as a backdrop), and the plates served by a four-pin service team are rather successful. It is always possible to come and have a drink after 1 am, when the show ends and the place converts into a dance floor.

Unique of its kind, S'Escalinata is located along an ancient staircase of Dalt Villa. You can come here at any time of the day to regain your strength with a solid tropical fruit smoothie or a salad/sandwich or tapas combo, but also for the very good cocktails lovingly prepared when the sun goes down. The originality of the place lies in the fact that gigantic footstools are spread out along the thick and wide steps of the stairs, leaving the guests free to indulge in the healthy practice of chill outdoors. An institution.

Born from the ashes of Teatro Pereyra, a real institution of live music in central Eivissa, Petit Pereyra is located in a small street in Talamanca and, a priori, does not look like much. A pretty covered garden furnished with tropical plants where wooden tables are lined up. We eat a simple and well prepared cuisine while sipping beers and cocktails. When you go to the toilet, if you listen carefully, the powerful layers of electronic or disco music capture your attention. To go further, like an American speakeasy, all you have to do is push the door to the back of the small room to join a brand new little club with a DJ, equipped with hi-fi equipment and state-of-the-art lighting. High quality music and cocktails until the early morning. It should be noted that Le Petit Pereyra is one of the only establishments to have a night licence in winter, attracting night owls every night of the year.

You won't miss the superb terrace of this bar, which offers a magnificent view of the city and the citadel. The place is rather frequented by the locals, because its deep and nicely arranged terrace is hidden from view. As for cocktails, you'll find original creations that you won't find elsewhere: don't hesitate to talk to the waiters who will do their best to identify the recipe that best suits your taste. A very good starting point to start the evening in an atmosphere that is both intimate and festive.

Named after a John Milton poem, this rum shop is perhaps the best in the gypsy district. With its air of a ship's hold, its shelves overflowing with bottles with famous labels, Paradise Lost has something of the pirate tavern, with a touch of old town fancy . You can sip splendid long drinks, cocktails and other pints of cold beer on the small terrace overlooking an alleyway away from the touristy passages or in the warmly arranged and dimly lit room. Nice atmosphere!

A small, unpretentious bar with a terrace on the sand. Ideal for offrir after a day of beach. Local atmosphere and nice. 

Opened about fifteen years ago by two partners, Fernando and Miguel, La Bodega is both a bar-lounge and a tapas restaurant, all with an extravagant and neat decoration. The tapas are excellent (the great Spanish classics - the pulpo a la gallega is very good - as well as more international proposals), but one will come to this bodega especially to offer a cocktail in a rather glamorous atmosphere. There are a few tables outside, but the interior decoration of the bar is worth a visit

Nestled in the narrow streets of the Marina, almost hidden (no sign will tell you that you have arrived), the Boodiou is a small address as we like them. Tony, the French owner, runs the shop with passion, taking care of his guests from the aperitif to the digestif. On the menu, there are some very good dishes halfway between French cuisine and Iberian specialities, while behind the counter, cocktails with fine recipes are prepared. Note that the local prepares its own hierbas ibicencas.
