La Source produces beers with a "natural" character, very hoppy. The brewery is located in a listed building.
Lovers of hoppy, acidic, even wild beers, La Source's productions should please you. This "natural" character is reflected in the names of the beers: "La meute", "L'épervier", "La salamandre"... often very aromatic and distinctive. The brewery and taproom are well worth a visit, as they are housed in a former Byhrr establishment - a French aperitif that was all the rage in the 1920s - and are simply superb. In addition to the beer, you can enjoy live music and visit Byhrr's neighbors (fermenter, chocolate factory).
