Taste "La Lanterne" or "Le Théorème de l'Empereur" in the tap-room of the brasserie, decorated in a recycled spirit.

Born from the idea of 3 buddies living in a flat on rue de l'Ermitage in Ixelles, this nano-brassery (which produces even less than a micro-brewery) has been established in Anderlecht since 2016 and is a neighbour of Cantillon. A nice neighbourhood for one of Brussels' best breweries. To pin, "La Lanterne", a slightly dry and well hopped IPA but especially the "Le Théorème de l'Empereur", a beer infused with green tea and jasmine, subtle and delicate. To try them, go to their warm tap-room in the brewery itself, decorated in a recycled spirit.
