We're proud to showcase Brussels' finest meats, carved and flambéed in front of you. Favoring short circuits and local products, we promise you an incomparable taste experience.
Rue des Dominicains, one of the oldest shopping streets in central Brussels, bears witness to the city's centuries-old history, dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
Founded in 1905, it began life as a rotisserie known as "Rôtisserie Vincent". In 1912, architect Maurice Grimme undertook a complete refurbishment of the first floor. It was at this time that the Rôtisserie Vincent evolved into the "Restaurant Vincent", with its remarkable interior decoration featuring magnificent painted ceramic paintings by the Helman firm. These unique works illustrate the original theme of North Sea coastal craftsmanship.
Since 2020, the house has been committed to a new approach emphasizing short circuits and local products. Our recipes are mainly made from local ingredients, offering an authentic, high-quality culinary experience rooted in our Brussels heritage.

Le restaurant Vincent, c’est le charme bruxellois dans toute sa splendeur : une atmosphère authentique, conviviale et chaleureuse, comme on en trouve peu.
L’équipe est d’une gentillesse remarquable, avec une rapidité d’exécution qui impressionne.
Mention super spéciale à Ilhame, qui a été incroyablement attentionnée et douce avec nous — un vrai rayon de soleil ! Une expérience mémorable du début à la fin.
