The restaurant has taken up residence within the walls of Millésime, which used to delight taste buds in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and the kitchen is - curiously - open and visible from the sidewalk. Perhaps that's where the improbable lies! The menu, made with fresh, seasonal produce, changes according to the ingredients available. Geographically unclassifiable as it moves the guest around according to the chef's creations, l'Improbable's cuisine is ultimately above all bistronomic!

Heureusement que cet endroit existe
On y mange bien , le chef est créatif et super généreux dans les assiettes qu'il propose. Le service est juste top ! La découverte du resto était un pur hasard mais depuis cet endroit est devenu mon QG !

On y vient pour le cadre branché, l'accueil est très agréable, l'ambiance y est jeune. La cuisine est raffinée, on ne mange pas trop non plus. Merci pour cette nouvelle expérience intéressante !

Fantastique, juste fantastique. Des plats délicieux, un service de qualité, une ambiance élégante et propice à la bonne discussion. Je dis chapeau, j’ai trouvé mon nouveau restaurant préféré ????

Chouette deco feutrée, service très sympathique et bonne cuisine. Bref on a passé une excellente soirée et on reviendra.
