This restaurant owes its name to the Azorean expression "Ala bote", which means "take the boat and go". It's an invitation to relax in a simple, no-frills space, where you can enjoy typical dishes. A magnificent terrace overlooking the western part of São Miguel is open all year round. We would recommend the black pudding with Azorean pineapple, the serran puff pastry (house specialty) or the bife micaelense. Fish and seafood are also excellent.

Le personnel n’est pas capable de gérer une situation de base. Présence d’un aliment allergique dans un plat. Aucune précision sur la carte, ni lors de la commande. Aucune solution proposée à part « c’est votre problème ».
J’ai dû payer le plat, sans pouvoir le manger. Aucun geste commercial ou proposition annexe. Pire expérience sur l’île.

Os funcionários não são capazes de lidar com uma situação básica. Presença de um alimento alérgico num prato. Não há pormenores na ementa ou no pedido. Nenhuma solução oferecida para além de "o problema é vosso".
Tive de pagar o prato sem o poder comer. Nenhum gesto comercial ou oferta adicional. A pior experiência na ilha.
