TEATRO MICAELENSE

Inaugurated on March 31, 1951, the Teatro Micaelense was designed by renowned cinema and theater architect Raul Rodrigues de Lima. On the initiative of Francisco Luís Tavares, deputy director, and with the support of the society of the time, this great theater was built in an urban space expressly designed to accommodate it.
