Following, from Chandria, the road from Nicosia, you go to Polystipos, before turning on Livadia on the left, then Alithinou. Two kilometres away, the road leads to this beautiful church in a beautiful forest site, dominating the plain. If the church is not open at the time you pass, you will have to go down to Platanisatasa, to the south, to ask the pope for the key through the coffee. This simplicity of simplicity has remained virtually untouched for over half a century, since it is set up by refugees from Asia Minor around 1450. Philippe mus Short painted most of the works that he discovered. A series is devoted to the Virgin and his life, another to St Helena, mother of Constantine, who returned to Cyprus with a piece of the Holy Cross. The scenes on the Passion of Christ are also very moving.
