A child's photograph of a two thousand images of the African diaspora serves as a symbol of the museum. The design is divided into four parts: movement, origin, adaptation and transformation. Permanent collection on the 2nd floor on themes such as celebrations, music, culinary traditions, ornaments, slavery and African origins. The museum also organizes temporary exhibitions that change approximately every three months.

Opening time and information on MUSEUM OF THE AFRICAN DIASPORA (MOAD)
Open from 11am to 6pm Wednesday to Saturday, Sunday from noon to 5pm. Adults US$10, students and seniors US$5, free for children under 12 years old.
