This run, which looks like a big crazy party, has been animating San Francisco since 2012. Colorful centipedes, unicorns, nudists, giant bees... Claimed to be a "celebration of life, laughter and the city's personality", the event consists of a 12 kilometer course that concludes with a big parade of participants dressed up and slightly drunk. A merry procession that starts at the Embarcadero and goes to Ocean Beach; hence the name, Bay to Breakers. The festivities usually continue in Golden Gate Park. Not to be missed.
