A real boulangerie, as they (almost) only exist in France. Just take a look at the opening hours, which are quite unusual in the city that never sleeps: after 1pm, don't expect to treat yourself to a pain au chocolat or the best baguette in New York. Everything is fresh and handcrafted, and the coffee is excellent too. The owner, a Frenchman, is a globe-trotting baker who cut his teeth in France before heading off to the four corners of the world to make his homeland shine. Two other stores in Brooklyn.
