This refined boutique, with addresses all over the United States, was born here on the Upper East Side. Co-founded by Japanese chef Emi Wada, it's best known for its Mille Crêpes, a crêpe cake consisting of twenty thin crêpes stacked one on top of the other and separated by light layers of whipped pastry cream.
