Very popular with tourists, the establishment, which offers tapas combinations and four different menus, has been known for over 25 years for its Andalusian cuisine (Toro's rabo, garlic rabbit, migas rondeñas…). In the historic part of Ronda, very smart Montelirio pinned hotel (4 star) has an intimate and quiet restaurant for a romantic dinner above Tajo at sunset. Modern cuisine tinted pleasant little details inspired by good way of the cuisine of bygone days. Liver with quince paste and pistachios, bluefin tuna seaweed and dry tomatoes, bull tail steamed. Attentive service for an address improving over the years.

Mention for the local wine of Bodagas F. Schatz and for the best gin tonic of Ronda.

A truly amazing alternative! Be sure to factor in VAT and the 10% surcharge for terrace service...
