In the historical part of Ronda, the very nice hotel Montelirio (pointed 4-star) has an intimate and quiet restaurant for a dinner in front of the Tajo in the sunset sun. Modern cuisine with pleasant details is inspired by the beautiful way of cooking. Liver accompanied by quince and pistachio paste, bluefin tuna to algae and dried tomatoes, bull tails to suffocation. Attentive service for an address value over years.
