A neighbour of the oratory of San Felipe Neri, he refers in particular to the time of the declaration of the Constitution, a historic museum with a very beautiful model of the city, made in ivory and mahogany. It dates back to 1777 and shows that the old town has changed very little since then.

This municipal initiative was inaugurated in spring 2012 during the commemoration of the bicentennial of the constitution, in a former artillery barracks dating from the th century. Its 3 600 m ² is entirely dedicated to contemporary art in all its forms with temporary regular exhibitions. This space is a free zone for creation, education and experimentation.
