Located on the banks of the Guadalquivir in a blockhouse building that was a pavilion at the 1992 World's Fair, this theater celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021. It is a modular theater, which can take the form of an Italian or Elizabethan theater or that of a bullring to host a concert. The audience changes position according to the performances of a space that can accommodate up to 1,100 people. From the beginning of October to the end of May, its programming includes theater, dance and music: classical, jazz, world, flamenco or pop-rock.
