Every evening, the tablao Alvarez Quintero offers traditional flamenco shows. On stage, a singer, a guitarist and two dancers perform to the applause of the many tourists who have come. Newcomer on the scene flamenca of Seville, this cultural center flamenco which opened in 2012 gathers the private collection of guitars of Jose Luis Postigo, guitarist renowned. It is a good place to go for an aperitif before dinner or to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the evening. In the heart of Seville, Ovejas Negras is a tapas bar between San Francisco Square and the Giralda. It offers traditional tapas and modern dishes. The Patatas Bravas are delicious, but if you want to discover something else, we recommend the salmorejo and the risotto, which you will enjoy in a beautiful atmosphere and a careful decoration. Since 1975, this tablao welcomes guests in the intimate setting of a residence in Seville of the 18th century to offer a dance show flamenca to them. Note the superb decor recreating the golden age, then the lights go out and a dozen artists (men and women) follow one another on a small raised stage. Musicians, dancers, singers exercise their art under a subdued lighting sometimes, sometimes ultra-powerful.
