Housed in a former 19th century palace, this restaurant of the Seville Hotel School offers a dining room on the first floor and a pretty cafeteria-bistro in a very elegant patio. Refined and delicious, the cuisine adapts to the seasons, but you can, for example, enjoy a cold soup with almond milk, a carpaccio of langoustines with ginger ice cream, turbot with orange sauce, and finally a chocolate cake with a heart of mango cream. Your taste buds should remember it.

L'accueil, le service, la cuisine, la décoration, tout est parfait! Le personnel est aux petits soins, la présentation des plats est soignée, je recommande !

Restaurant élégant, bien décoré, bon accueil, service et gastronomie agréables, mérite mieux que la moyenne affichée, affectée par le poids du critère « ambiance « ( mais il n’y avait personne le jour de notre repas…). Restaurant très recommandable

Cuisine très soignée. Menu de fête et Ambiance particulière car le dernier jour de l'année.
