Das Hotel liegt traumhaft sicher an einem der besten Strände der Insel. Transfer zum Flughafen ca 60 min. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Überholung, die Angabe gemäss ab Anfang 2025 auch begonnen werden soll. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel mit großem Balkon. Die Möbel sind alt und teilweise wirklich abgenutzt. Unsere Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man sie unmöglich hätte nachts laufen lassen können. Dies wurde nach ein paar Tagen dann irgendwie repariert. Der Zimmerservice lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Erst nach Beschwerde lief es dann einigermaßen. Dabei war die deutschsprachige Gästebetreuerin Katja immer sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Essen: Die creolisch geprägte Küche muss man mögen, sehr viel Fisch und Reis. Für Vegetarier gab es jeden Tag mindestens zwei Angebote. Wir waren All Inclusive gebucht, was man auch machen sollte, da es im direkten Umfeld kaum Restaurants gibt. Zu den Getränken im Rahmen AI: Es werden günstige lokale Produkte ausgeschenkt. Nur wenige Barkeeper können die auf der Karte angebotenen Cocktails auch zubereiten. Das regionale Bier ist gut trinkbar, bei den Weinen sollte man mehr halbtrocken mögen. Der oft kritisierte Wasserpark störte aus unserer Sicht nicht, da am Rand der sehr großen Anlage gelegen, und dürfte bei Reisen mit Kindern eher von Vorteil sein. Man kann auf der Insel sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Zu empfehlen: Beobachten und Schwimmen mit Delfinen, 5 Insel Bootstour, Krokodil- und Schildkrötenpark, 7 farbige Erden, um nur einiges zu nennen. Anreise unter der Woche ist übrigens besser als am Wochenende, da die Einreiseabwicklung dann wesentlich schneller geht.

Went to French restaurant beef filet very sinewy and chewy. Waiter didn't question why I left it. At end of meal senior waiter apologised after answering his questions about the meal. At present it seems very pretentious but not fulfilling the standards of service required to be a 4 star hotel

Traumhafte Lage an einem langen, gepflegten Sandstrand mit Palmen und einem fantastischen Blick auf das, die Insel umschließende Riff, an dem sich permanent hohe Wellen brechen. Superfreundliches Personal . . bei "all in" in mehreren Restaurants und Bars gute regionale und internationale Küche und Getränke. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortable, aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Ein großes Resort, gut bewacht und gepflegt . . Sehr gutes ⭐⭐⭐⭐Hotel auf einer wunderschönen Insel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très souriant. C'est normal les mauriciens sont très accueillants et serviables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Jeetum le F&B manager et Anusha au Crystal Spa. En ce qui concerne l'animation vous ne serez pas déçus par Younas et Vanisha qui sont aux petits soins et pleins d'énergie malgré leurs journées très remplies. Le club enfants Grace et ses collègues dont j'ai oublié les prénoms sont adorables avec les enfants et s'adaptent pour vous rendre service. Nous avons également très apprécié Aqualand, le parc aquatique avec ses toboggans et ses piscines pour petits et grands et son équipe de surveillants qui veille à votre sécurité. Nous avons testé les 3 restaurants à la carte: asiatique, français et turc. Ils sont excellents.

Being a loyal customer to martim, my recent experiences with their reservation team have left me thoroughly disappointed. The recurring issue of consistently receiving incorrect pricing information has been a major source of frustration.

The lack of professionalism and politeness exhibited by the reservation team has been disheartening. Clear communication and accurate pricing are essential elements of customer service, and regrettably, these seem to be lacking in their interactions.

In light of my recent experiences, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to others. It is disheartening to witness a decline in the quality of service, especially as a returning customer who has previously enjoyed positive interactions with the company.

Overall, I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the efficiency and professionalism of their reservation team to ensure a more positive experience for their customers. Until then, based on my recent encounters, I cannot recommend their services.

Hôtel très, très familial qui fait la part belle aux familles et à leurs enfants, même très petits (sans qu’il n’y ait de nuisance pour autant).

Les équipes sont très sympas, toujours dispos et prêtes à rendre service même si l’efficacité n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous (personnel parfois inexpérimenté ; problème de recrutement ?).

Le cadre est paradisiaque, la zone, présentée comme ventée, offre l’avantage qu’il y fait toujours beau (généralement plus qu’ailleurs sur l’ile), l’environnement est tranquille (pas de DJ jusqu’au bout de la nuit !). Peut paraître un peu excentré des zones d’intérêt de l’ile, mais c’est un choix que nous avons fait (nous avons loué une voiture).

Un point d’amélioration à l’attention des propriétaires, une déception sur l’entretien des chambres : chasse d’eau défectueuse, liseuse HS, portes qui grincent, robinetterie mal pensée qui bute sur des miroirs trop bas… Ça ne fait pas très sérieux et c’est franchement en décalage avec le reste des prestations.

The hotel is not worth 4 stars at all !
We checked in at 15pm but got our room after 1hr30mins and our luggage after two hours. At 17:30, we were told that the mini fridge in our room was empty, thus they would be stocking the items in a few. Lol it was stocked at 10pm ! It only contained two bottles of water and one coke.

The staffs might be friendly but they are not that good at their work; asked for a mojito, he gave me simply rhum with mint leaves and lemon ! They mispalced orders. Also, they do not provide you with all the information when you asked them a question. For instance, we were told that we have to pay an additional rs50 par item if we want to iron our clothes as the hotel does not provide any iron for free. We had 8 items in total which should have been rs400 (8*50). It was only when we are checking out that we got to know that we have to pay rs150 extra because the rs400 was TAX excluded. We were never told by any of the staff that we have to pay more than 30% tax. We paid rs550 in total. They even forgot to give us cards for towels. Got them after one day

Pas fini, the television and phone were not working in our room. We told the staffs to please see into it as we want to relax and watch the tv
However, nothing was done even tho we complained abt it four times !

Put simply, the hotel is not worth it. They should not be taking big fat money with us if they wiil be providing such services. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Lack of security in the hotel. After checkout from our room, they took all our luggages to a common luggage room where everyone can get access to anyone's belonging without even have camera in that room. We lost Rs 5000 which was in our bag and when we reported to the Customer Service in charge, and after few days of investigation all they could say was that they do not have enough evidence so they are closing the case.

We indeed had a good stay in the hotel but this lack of security in the hotel and dishonesty from the hotel staff / Managemt make us wonder if we can return to that hotel ever again!!

Dobrý hotel s akvaparkem a diving centrem. Krásná pláž s lehátky a slunečníky zdarma. Skvělé snídaně, večerní bufet vždy tématicky laděný, je možné jíst i v a la carte restauracích. Vlastním pokojům by neškodila troška renovace.

Avis plus que mitigé pour cet hôtel. Il ne vaut clairement pas un 4étoiles. Chambres sales et qui auraient besoin d'une rénovation : siphon de la baignoire défectueux, joint de la douche et de baignoire sales, carreaux cassés, moisissures et présence de thermites dans la chambre.
Service à peine poli de la part des serveurs, piscine non nettoyée, cocktails coupés à l'eau, tant qu'au buffet principal laisse vraiment à désirer en terme de qualité, produits surgelés et "Bad game".
Le cadre est très beau mais là aussi du laissé aller sur le nettoyage, les plantes ne sont pas arrosées, établissement en déclin... Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Bel hôtel ! Bien situé pour profiter de la plage . Il est un peu loin des différentes activités à faire sur l'île.
Super accueil à l arrivée !
Il a un manque de communication pour transmettre les différentes activités possibles à l hôtel ! Doute sur l hygiène au restaurant .... le 1er soir j ai été servi dans un verre déjà utilisé et au bar de la plage une punaise rouillé trouvé dans le verre de coca de ma fille !!! Inadmissible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !! Personnel pour certains pas agréable ! Chambre pas prête pour le nombre de personnes prévues...obligé de réclamer un lit d'appoint ,les serviettes ,...
Ah oui ! Pas assez de serviettes de plages pour tous le monde ....j'oubliais le aqualand fermé le mercredi et on le découvre en arrivant devant !!!

Hôtel à fuir chambre très très sale, plus de taux 98% d’humidité, baignoire insalubre, plafond plein d’humidité, condensation sur les murs, chambre complètement vétuste, literie à désirer aucun confort, lits supplémentaires des enfants en forme de banane.
L’état général de la chambre est déplorable. Rien ne vaut les 4 étoiles, c’est une honte. La seule chose qu’ils savent faire, c’est vous mettre du spray désodorisant qui forcément aggrave les problèmes d’humidité!!!! C’est irrespirable. Je suis enceinte de 5 mois et malade, mon fils de 10 ans également car nous respirons toute cette humidité chaque nuit. C’est devenu un enfer.
Prix du voyage, 11000€ pris avec Art Accueil Selectour à Tarbes. On nous a vendu du rêve! Nous demandions un 5 étoiles ⭐️ puisque mon mari étant venu il y’a 20 ans auparavant, il lui avait été conseillé de prendre un min 5 étoiles.
On a voulu faire confiance…
Nous nous battons depuis 3 jours pour être relogés en moyennant le paiement du supplément s’il y’a mais rien ne bouge.
L’agence nous trimballe, l’hôtel nous trimballe, ils rejettent les événements sur l’intermédiaire de voyage Boomerang (je précise que nous n’avions même pas connaissance de cet intermédiaire jusqu’à ce que les problèmes commencent!!!). Nous les avons donc contactés ce matin. Eux nous précisent qu’ils sont d’accord pour prendre en charge un transfert sur un autre hôtel mais que sans preuves, de photos par exemple (que nous avons bien évidemment transmises dès le 1re jour) ils ne peuvent rien faire.
Donc clairement on se fout de notre gueule.
Je vous passe le souci sur la restauration, les problèmes de personnel sur place… la honte

Biju Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel no 4.10.23 līdz 14.10.23. Ierodoties viesnīcā 8.00 no rīta uzreiz mus aizveda brokastīs, pēc tam piedavaja telpas dušai un pārğērbties. Check- in ir 15.00. Bet mums laipni teica ka darīs visu iespējamo,lai mēs tiktu numurā ātrāk. Un 12.00 dienā mēs jau bijām savā istabā. Darbinieks Sanjay aizveda mūs uz istabu un pēc 2min cits darbinieks atnesa mūsu bagāžu. Kopumā visi darbinieki ir ļoti laipni,smaida, palīdz pie jebkuras problēmas. Teritorija hotelim ir super skaista,tīra, kopta, palmas ir galvenā rota. Pludmale ir īstā paradīze, baltās smiltis,tirkīzkrāsā okeans,saule, palmas. Pludmale publiska- var staigāt gar krastu cik tālu vari. Sunbed hotelim pludmale ir daudz, jebkurā laikā var nākt un būs daudz brīvu sunbed. Arī pludmales dvieļi ir vairumā un brīvi apmaināmi bez problēmām. Istaba ir liela, skaista, seifs ir, bez maksas, balkons liels un ērts, var būt putni baloži var traucēt ar savu skaņu,bet tā ir daba. Istabu uzkopšana ir katru dienu un darbinieces ļoti laipnas papildina i tualetes ruļļus,dvieļus,ūdens pudeles.Ēdiens ir pietiekošs un dažādai gaumei, vakaros ir shows, krāsainas dejas mākslinieku izpildijumā. Un check-out man bija 4.00 no rīta, un bija uzklātas brokastis tiem,kas agri izrakstās- kafija,maizītes kūciņas,sieri,jogurti- super! Vārdu sakot, hotelis ir super! Staff super! Pludmale un viesnīcas Teritorija super! Vienīgā darvas karote medus mucā ir wi-fi. Wi-fi ir reception un tas arī viss, citās vietas,istabā internets drīzāk nav,kā ir. Arī televizors manā istabā nestrādāja. Un ekskursijas varat droši pirkt pie Nina Taxi counter in the lobby, ļoti laipna atsaucīga darbiniece, visu izstāstīs un organizēs. Ir ari hotelim Aqualand ar trubām un skaistām izklaidēm bērniem. Kopumā- ļoti laba viesnīca, laipni darbinieki, izcila pludmale! Noteikti iesaku šo viesnīcu visiem un ja būs man tāda iespēja noteiti atgriezīšos te vēl reiz.

This hotel is more like a 2 star property. Staff are extremely unwelcoming! Rooms are really dirty...sand on the sheets...curtains and pillow covers have stains. Toothbrush holders are covered with dust. Limited food variety. Room was ready for 3pm. Only 1 room key for 2 adults. No towel cards were given at the time of check in. Had to go back to get it!!
Only the beach is nice.
Would not recommend at all.

Séjour incroyable tout simplement. Hôtel agréable, piscines et chambres spacieuses. Buffets /restaurants variés et de belle qualité.
Pour les animations, la découverte locale, le gestion administrative….. un immense merci à l’équipe Coralia qui sont tout simplement géniaux !! Younas, Vanisha et Dylan sont des personnes extraordinaires avec un coeur immense. Ils ont ensoleillé nos vacances, ils sont indispensables à la qualité du séjour! Am actually staying at maritime Crystal and never been so disappointed by the poor quality of service of this hospitality accommodation. It clearly seems that they are under staff and lack of training or experience can easily be felt. I check in my room 1hr30 mins late and the concierge service delivered our luggage almost 2hrs late in our room. No apologies from the reception desk or any other staff. Lack of coordination among the units.. number of waiters at restaurant did not match for the number of guests and failed in providing quality service..

Wir möchten uns gerne bei den Mitarbeitern und dem Management des Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel Mauritius für die herzliche Betreuung während unserer Flitterwochen bedanken.
Wir können das Hotel für die schönsten Wochen des Jahres nur empfehlen. Jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Themenbuffet oder man konnte sich einen Tisch im französischen, asiatischen oder im türkischen Restaurant reservieren, wo uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen worden ist. Die Menüs war schmackhaft, die Weinauswahl exzellent und der Service ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Trotz der großen Auswahl an Cocktails konnte sich die Crew der Bar an unsere Getränkewünsche über die gesamte Urlaubszeit merken und haben bei jeder Bestellung gleich nachgefragt ob wie die gleichen Getränke serviert haben möchten.
Mittags haben wir uns schon immer auf den frisch gegrillten Fisch an der Strandbar gefreut. Sehr lecker.
Der Strand ist sehr sauber und genauso schön, wie bei uns am Timmendorfer Strand.
Die sauberen Zimmer waren geräumig, hatten eine große Dusche, eine Badewanne und eine separate Toilette.
Die im Bootshaus angebotene Ausflüge werden uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Zum Ankommen haben wir die kostenfreie Fahrt mit dem Glasboot gebucht, das absolute Highlight war aber die Fünf-Inseltour mit dem Speedboot, bei der wir auch Delfine und Seeschildkröten bewundern, den Affen Zucker geben, uns an dem Wasserfall erfrischen, schnorcheln und Kaffeerum im Meer trinken konnten. Der Skipper hat sein Bestes gegeben. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war top.
Wir empfehlen die Taxis am Stand an der Rezeption zu buchen, die Taxiverkäufer am Strand sind deutlich teurer.
Der Aquarpark mit seinen vielen Rutschen ist ein Paradies für Kinder und hat so manchen Großen in Versuchung geführt.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Maritim Crystal Beach und werden es weiter empfehlen.
