Madoogali was opened in 1989 by an Italian group. Since then, it has pursued a relentless policy to preserve unspoilt nature and a sustained island. The efforts are rewarded because this small island is truly full of charm, inhabited by dense and flowery vegetation, a beach of silky sand that is desired and delimited by a translucent lagoon more blue than in your dreams. Management protects the ecosystem. So, when turtles come to lay eggs on the beach, a team grabs eggs and leaves little turtles only when they reach adulthood.
