Taken in late 2015 by Philippe, an expatriate French in the Dominican Republic for over 30 years, this restaurant has become one of Cabarete's references in a short time. In the sand, you can enjoy traditional Italian cuisine, including delicious pizza in fine dough (the pizzaiolo is Italian), fresh pasta and calzones. One of the attractions of the map is the rotolaccio, a pizza rolled (attention, a very rich dish). Most products are organic. In dessert, homemade ice creams (without added sugar) are to fall on the ground! A jazz group animates Thursday evenings; Moreover, the annual jazz festival is held in front of the restaurant (Philippe is one of the organizers, do not hesitate to ask for information).
