Live music on Saturday, DJ on Thursday and Friday. Sunday is a "Day Party" where the atmosphere is more chill.

Amel, a restaurateur of Algerian origin, has lived and worked in Cabarete for many years. In February 2023, she opened a friendly restaurant with an oriental ambience, complete with carpets and blue-painted walls. It's a great way to diversify the town's culinary offering. She offers Mediterranean and Oriental-inspired dishes ranging from Morocco to Greece: coucous, hummus, Lebanese tabbouleh, kefta, méchouia, tzatziki, salads... there's no shortage of them! Come and share a pleasant moment over mint tea, chicha and a good meal!

The tacos, burritos and bowls are customizable. Ideal for vegetarians who will have a large choice of dishes. Gordito's Fresh Mex speciality is the mambo fish taco, which is delicious. Small terrace in front of the restaurant. Dynamic and fast service, just like the restaurant's spirit.

This is a brand new restaurant in "El callejon". Swai is specialized in fish and seafood. They serve very nice portions that taste as good as the plate suggests! We advise you to take 3 or 4 starters for two people(ceviche, fish soup Thai style, fresh burrata ...). Otherwise, let yourself be tempted by one of the "signature" dishes of the house, like the fish fillet from which the restaurant takes its name(swai). For a local taste, you can opt for the very good mamajuana cocktail.

The Cabarete Coffee Company is the showcase of the Mariposa DR Foundation, a Cabarete-based organization fighting against poverty and promoting education and empowerment of young girls. Here, we drink a delicious coffee from local organic cultures, freshly roasted, offered hot or cold according to a dozen recipes. Also on the menu are delicious tropical smoothies and fresh fruit juices. All the profits made by the shop (including goodies) are donated to the association!
