Excellence Glaces, the art of high-end ice cream in Martinique, is the fruit of the passion of artisan ice cream maker Pascal Feval. Here, each creation is a veritable gustatory voyage, crafted from seasonal fruit and quality local ingredients. More than 60 flavors are available, including ice creams, sorbets, cakes and frozen desserts, with typical Martinique flavors such as soursop, mango, Cytherean plum and ginger, as well as daring creations like sea urchin ice cream or foie gras.
