In the heart of Fort-de-France, Fanfan revives 100% local cuisine inspired by her grandmother's recipes. The menu is authentic, based on fresh produce. It evolves with the seasons: lambi gratin, sea urchin supreme, fish court-bouillon, giraumon flan, not forgetting cod ti-nain...
