Created in 1984, the Direction of Cultural Affairs of Martinique is the decentralized service of the Ministry of Culture. It has several missions: to encourage the establishment of cultural infrastructures, to democratize access to culture for all, to develop Martinican heritage, to position Martinique as a major actor of cultural action in the Caribbean area and to make culture a vector of economic growth.

The Martinique Biodiversity Observatory is a device led by the Regional Natural Park of Martinique composed of 41 members. It collects and disseminates information on the biodiversity of Martinique. It gathers knowledge on the fauna, the flora, as well as on the links existing between the Man and the nature. It must also disseminate this knowledge and help the inhabitants to preserve and enhance this biodiversity. A lot of interesting brochures at the reception.

The Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS) in Martinique plays an essential role in promoting and protecting the health of the island's inhabitants. ARS Martinique coordinates and implements public health policies, ensuring access to care, disease prevention and health crisis management. Through its actions, the ARS actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the healthcare system, promoting the well-being and health security of the community.
