Welcomed at the entrance by an XXL statue of Ganesh, the famous Hindu god with an elephant's head, we are immediately telescoped to the country of a thousand scents, Sri Lanka! The room, with its original decoration, contributes to the change of scenery. As for the cuisine, it is simply divine: each dish is an invitation to travel, subtly blending spices and tradition. The biryani, curry, and tandoori are all delicious. The naans are cooked in large amphorae, straight from Asia. A great address!

In the heart of the chic Didier district, Sushi Torii and its fusion cuisine combine Japanese inspirations and West Indian flavors. Come and try the inevitable sushi, maki, sahimi, seaweed, poke bowls, temaki and other tempura, but also original creations: hot sushi (cheddar, naruto), cold sushi (rolls…) and original 100% Paii dishes: the Torii Bokay (tuna or marlin and flambéed banana) and the Torii boat (a combination of different sushi). It's fresh, it's good, and it's a change from the traditional chicken colombo!

It evolves with the seasons: lambi gratin, sea urchin supreme, fish court-bouillon, giraumon flan, not forgetting cod ti-nain... Suggestions include soups (vegan, earth, sea) on Thursdays, grilled lambi on Fridays, mechoui (lamb, suckling pig) on Saturdays. Tasty cuisine with a hint of spice. Board immediately for Brazil at the Favela. This colorful and friendly restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Fort-de-France, but above all serves a typical Brazilian cuisine. But above all, you'll want to try the desserts, each one more gourmet than the last: pavlova, fresh fruit tart, mango-cassis entremets... Try the homemade spread - it's delicious!
