LA BRUNOISE
We don't necessarily associate gastronomy with Villeurbanne and yet the Brunoise has been bringing the colours of Lyon cuisine very much. A sign where the two chefs Luc Aseica and Grégory Biechel are associated to surprise us every day with a very affordable seasonal dish at noon (menu at 20 €) and each month with a thematic menu that absolutely must be tested. A refined setting for this beautiful city house, a spacious and relaxing room adorned with stunning green plants and round tables suitable for lunch between friends and for dinner. Let us take note of the wonderful wine list, more than 100 references, which fully contribute to the proper meal, especially in the Northern Rhône Valley, and the advice of impeccable service. On the menu, on a reduced map, a quality kitchen for 35 €: smoked salmon house thick cut, warm blinis and mesclun sparkle to the horseradish; Saint-Jacques odawara with salt, grout of crustaceans or a duck magret and juice related to foie gras and caramel caramel.
