The adventure of the Bergerie des Mollières, named after the stream that runs through Villechenève in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, began 21 years ago for Pascal Ducreux. With the milk from his 500 ewes, he makes delicious cheeses that can be found at top restaurants such as La Cour des Loges, Mère Richard's at Les Halles de Lyon, as well as in farm stores and markets. Among the marvels to be sampled are the ewe's milk tomme and the creamy Galette.
