In the land of the Pierres Dorées, a superb character residence - an imposing bourgeois mansion set in a pretty valley opposite the Château de Rapetour - where the welcome from owners Marie-Agnès and Eric is simply brilliant. Wellness and relaxation are guaranteed in the Nordic bath or in the swimming pool with its panoramic view over the Beaujolais countryside. Four comfortable guest rooms, a winter garden and a large living room with fireplace and, on certain evenings, table d'hôtes meals. A timeless experience.

We had such a great time when we visited from Toronto last summer. The room was spacious and comfortable, even in the August heat. The breakfasts were filling and delicious, home made from local goods by Marie-Agnes. We decided to have dinner at the Clos and feasted on an amazing tomato and apricot salad with local charcuterie and cheeses, and a terrific Beaujolais - the wine producer grows grapes in the neighboring field for their Chardonnay. This meal “at home” was one of the highlights of our trip - relaxed, local, made with love. The house and property are beautiful, walking distance to Theize, there is a swimming pool, and Eric and Marie-Agnes are the sweetest, most considerate hosts you will ever meet. I would give them six stars if I could. Merci pour tout!

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans un endroit de charme, toute la propriété est aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles mais sans être envahissants. Ce métier va à ravir à la propriétaire qui en outre nous a concocté tous les jours des petites gourmandises aux parfums différents ou de succulentes salades du soir. Repos assuré et nous sommes décidés à revenir !
Nous en avons profité pour découvrir en amoureux cette magnifique région du sud du Beaujolais "Les Pierres Dorées".
