At the entrance to Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise town center, close to the high school and within easy reach, Croissant de Lune has just opened its doors to delight all gourmets. It's a welcoming place run by Corentin Rivollier, a passionate baker who has given the store a facelift. Everything is homemade, from the deliciously flavored long-fermented sourdough breads to the excellent viennoiseries, the specialty of an artisan who won the Best Croissant 2020 award. 18 seats for breakfast or delicious sandwiches.

La personne qui tousse dans ses mains avant de toucher les viennoiseries (l'hygiène s'il vous plait ????), on prend un too good to go (super iniative ceci dit !!!) mais les aliments déposés a même mon sac, le pain qui n'est pas protégé par une vitre...
Et en rentrant le gout n'était pas là ???? tellement gras, trop sucré qu'elle déception ????
Un énième changement mais hormis, en effet, la boutique qui est rénovée avec énormément de goût, le reste reste identique ????
En espérant que ça change ????
