The 12,5 ha ha of vineyards are now divided into 3 appellations : Beaujolais, including 2 000 bottles in rosé, brouilly, and morgon beaujolais, giving birth to a garde wine (seven, eight years), subtle and elegant, with a beautiful quality of tannins. The harvest is manual, the sorted bays and the wine-making, traditional (the morgon undergoes a maceration of about 15 days). Alain Michaud also made a sparkling red wine for the aperitif, the "Gamaysienne", excellent. A true wine-growing figure and a member of the Friends of Brouilly Steering Committee, he has already prepared the fourth generation, with the arrival of Dorian, his youngest son, who is following wine-wine studies.
