When you're called Bouteille, you've got to make good wine, and master the whole process from vine to... bottle. A family estate for 4 generations. After Joannès Bouteille, André, Frédéric and Philippe, it's Roland's turn to carry on the tradition. Both nurseryman and winemaker, Roland and Philippe are keen to let the different terroirs of the Pierres Dorées Beaujolais express themselves through Gamay and Chardonnay, as well as other grape varieties such as Viognier and Pinot Noir.
