Coffees from small producers selected in a sustainable and eco-responsible approach with Belco for a unique cup experience. A signature blend, "Café des Délices", to enjoy on the terrace or in the tasting room. In the same spirit, a hundred or so tea references. Sweets from Biscuiterie Beaujolaise, Alpine ice creams and waffles for those with a sweet tooth.

Discover our selection of specialty coffees.
We offer you a range of ten specialty coffees, all carefully selected after tasting. Nine of these coffees are present on a permanent basis (or semi-permanent, depending on production) and one of our coffees is ephemeral. The aim is to help you discover new flavors and new bean processing techniques! So yes, by making this choice, we create some frustration when the coffee is no longer there, but it's to make even more wonderful discoveries!
Our teas
Our story with FBKT began with a beautiful encounter. That of tea enthusiasts and true blending magicians! Located less than 80 km from the store, Fabrikathé is a veritable nugget. Each cup is an explosion of flavors, from subtle floral notes to gourmet chocolate and surprising hibiscus, you'll be spoilt for choice! For our part, we've selected just over a hundred references, but we're always looking to push back the walls to bring you more!

Le café est excellent tout comme le chocolat chaud, nous n’avons jamais été déçu et nous n’avons jamais eu malà l’estomac après avoir bu un aussi bon café.
le propriétaire m’a expliqué que cela venait de la couleur du grain du café quand il est beaucoup trop foncé, c’est qu’il est brûlé toute sa gamme de grains de café est cuite à la perfection, il choisit son café avec beaucoup d’amour.
