Since 2003, Gisèle Allala, a farmer in the Lyonnais Mountains, has "converted" a part of the family farm into "Delicacies de la Gargotière". A boon for all lovers of good products that go directly from the producer to the consumer! All fruits and vegetables of the farm are processed on site, handcrafted in a laboratory to standards, to give excellent jams, with 21 references, grout, fruit purée, fruit juices, fruit-to-drink such as mirabelles to life-of-life, nectars, syrups without added sugar, or candied of onions… There is no doubt about the quality of the raw materials and the craftsmanship of Gisèle for these genuine treats. Gargottière products are also available for sale at the Peasant Round in Courzieu.
