Read moreBertrand Burcklé has been brewing his organic beer in Rontalon for almost 20 years. He makes it with barley from the neighboring fields of Soucieux and Orliénas. The hops are bought, but the whole transformation chain is done on site. It is possible to visit the laboratory and to discover the 3 stages of production: malting, brewing and double fermentation. Three types of beers are produced (blonde, amber and red), to be brought back in bottles or in 5 or 30 liter barrels.
