Five generations in market gardening on these lands cultivated by the same family since 1886. Paul Maréchal, who manages the distribution of fruit and vegetable baskets throughout the region, comes from a farming family based in Vancia, near the Dombes, in the Lyon green belt. His grandparents were farmers in mixed farming before gradually turning to market gardening by growing salads, carrots, cabbages, leeks, onions, spinach, etc. and marketing their products on the historic quai Saint-Antoine. The house's speciality today is aromatic plants in organic, potted or fresh bouquets. Fruits and vegetables are not organic but are produced in sustainable agriculture and in a short circuit. It's already much better than in supermarkets.... In addition, it is the only producer in the Rhône-Alpes Region to deliver directly to you, à la carte and without subscription!
