Restaurant to discover a traditional cuisine based on fresh local products in Propières.
Nice hotel-restaurant in the center of the village, run by a young couple, Rodolphe and Séverine Botteron. Discover a traditional cuisine based on fresh local products. Here, the slate changes every day according to the seasons. But the menus also allow us to enjoy a cuisine made from good local products: homemade foie gras, homemade terrine on a board, andouillette from Braillon's, fresh fish from the market, fresh frogs with parsley sauce (on reservation). Nice wine list to go with it all.

Nous étions en gîte ( Domaine de Marthe) à Saint Igny de Vers (6 km de Propières) et avons commandé plat et dessert pour 13 personnes. Suprême de volaille sauce aux morilles et au vin jaune, saumon à l'oseille et desserts: tout était absolument délicieux et à un prix raisonnable. Quel régal! Excellente adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour dans cette magnifique région .
