Restaurant to discover a traditional cuisine based on fresh local products in Propières.

Nice hotel-restaurant in the center of the village, run by a young couple, Rodolphe and Séverine Botteron. Discover a traditional cuisine based on fresh local products. Here, the slate changes every day according to the seasons. But the menus also allow us to enjoy a cuisine made from good local products: homemade foie gras, homemade terrine on a board, andouillette from Braillon's, fresh fish from the market, fresh frogs with parsley sauce (on reservation). Nice wine list to go with it all.

Restaurant au top. Menu a prix plus qu'abordable . Cuisine excellente et copieuse. Fait maison . Service rapide et agréable . Nous y sommes allé plusieurs fois et nous avons toujours très bien mangé et avons été très bien servit. Equipe agréable salle magnifique et terrasse ombragé. Allée y les yeux fermés .
