Le 21/11/2023 j'ai reçu un mail de l'établissement m'indiquant qu'il annulait mon séjour et que Booking allait me proposer une autre solution de logement.
J'ai refusé par mail mais on m'a répondu que je n'avais pas le choix. J'ai donc contacté l'établissement par téléphone pour exprimer mon mécontentement.
La personne de l'accueil téléphonique m'a expliqué qu'ils étaient complets suite à un "surbooking" des plateformes.
Ah oui, ils ont mis plus d'un mois pour s'en rendre compte??? Le paiement a bien été encaissé depuis longue date pourtant.
Bref, j'ai été remboursé, je n'ai pas le choix j'ai du trouver un autre logement qui est plus loin du Groupama Stadium et moins sympa (5 chambres d'hôtel pour 10 au lieu de 2 chalets)
C'est inacceptable. Jamais je ne réserverai dans cet établissement à nouveau.
