Maison Clovis has become a fixture on Lyon's gastronomic scene. A hushed ambience, an elegant dining room on the boulevard des Brotteaux is a welcome contrast to the much more colorful dishes that take us on a voyage. Of Lebanese origin, Clovis Khoury loves to work with seafood. Tastes and flavors in artfully prepared plates: the must-try Breton lobster poached minute on a flying carpet, or sweetbreads in a herb crust, seasonal vegetables, jus with calf's head confit and condiments. Delicious sweet hints of other exotic destinations. Excellent wine list at wine shop prices.

Bonsoir nous avons diné pour les 80 ans de mon Papa de façon succulente, la formule vin et plats est parfaite à un prix accessible, la qualité de la cuisine est fabuleuse et Clovis est au sommet de son art. Je vous remercie de ce merveillaux moment.
