Little Futé immediately announces color: discovery and coup de coeur. It is quite simple, addresses like this, Futé expected to cross it in a 7^th arrondissement in the midst of the revolution bio/vegetane/healthy/slow/slow/locavore… but not just a few steps from the Incity Tower and the station of the Brotteaux. A Tandem taken by two boys promised to a bright future, starting with Guillaume Toutain, engineer of agri-food science and technology, who decided to go for passion behind the stoves through the famous Ferrandi school, then the kitchens of the famous Jules Verne at the summit of the Eiffel Tower. This Toulousain arrived in Lyon starts with Mickael (excellent in the room as dessert, bravo) a new adventure in a place that takes life with their desires to make things move. Good music, good vibes, décor that gives a young kick to the old stones of the mezzanine, nice terrace in a little street… All the lights are green. What about the kitchen side? From the good organic produce of season, from the healthy local, the vegetables and fresh fruits, dishes that love both vegetarians - excellent vegetarian base - and carnivores. Short card, guarantee of quality, with meat of the moment a stuffed courgette (pork) and stuffed pepper (lamb). Savory and nourishing for a price challenging all competition, smiling! Guaranteed heart attack. Beer and organic wines, but also a cocktail card to extend the happiness of being at Tandem on Thursdays and Friday evenings around tapas in a festive atmosphere.
